Through movement and conscious awareness of the breath I encourage, support, and empower my students to move beyond what they may think possible. I offer helpful tools on how to bring a sense of balance, freedom and purpose into everyday life.
In my classes I like to create a positive experience that will inspire, motivate, energize, and transform limitations. I encourage students become aware of negative patterns and beliefs that may be holding them back from reaching their fullest potential both mentally and physically.
Your workouts can be a challenge and a joy. At the same time your training can be a moving meditation, a source of creating strength, focus and manifestation in every area of your life, movement is medicine!
Being active helps you feel lighter, happier, and stronger; it keeps your mind fresh and clear. If you’re like me, you love to move your body and you love adventure. You love to be outside, and to push your self beyond what you thought was possible. You enjoy making new friends with like-minded people.

These classes are great for anyone that is serious about their fitness and wants to take their body and their training to the next level. You will increase your cardio, strength and endurance.

RAW Fitness (BODYFIT)
RAW Fitness is a full-body core and strength conditioning class.
You can call it a Boot Camp, weight-loss class, or just plain good old-fashioned raw exercise.
This class is 1 hour of high intensity strength training, cardio, and core work. A great class if you are looking to lose weight, increase you cardio, stamina, and endurance. Even fighters find this class wonderful because of the structured high-intensity workout. I welcome beginners to advanced participants.
OCEAN’S SHAKTI YOGA
Flow/Power Yoga, which emphasizes developing one’s physical flexibility and nurtures the desire for self-discipline.
A dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes breathe with movement and integrates awareness and alignment, as well as strength and flexibility. Sequencing may include sun salutations, standing, arm balancing, inverted, and seated postures. This is a powerful class to create energy and vitality.
Practicing yoga creates a lightness of being. Hatha yoga coming from the sanskrit, Ha meaning Sun, and tha moon, seeks to balance the body, mind and breath. Classes involve Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asanas (postures) and relaxation leading to meditation.
CARDIO / YOGA
An action packed full-body workout with boot-camp style strength and core training with a deep yoga cool-down to mellow out and melt down, both energizing and relaxing.
YRIDE CYCLING CLASSES
Conscious Cardio! An innovative cardiovascular workout that strengthens lengthens and tones the body by integrating indoor cycling with yoga. This class is sure to get your heart beating and body sweating while rejuvenating the mind. All levels welcome.
