Training Philosophy “My emphasis is on practical and functional physical fitness; taking people through workouts, classes, and on physical and mental journeys that are transformative, inspiring, and limit breaking. I seek to create a balance between high intensity explosively powerful training and practicing deep relaxation techniques that let the nervous system unwind. I love to share my passion for fitness and for life with other like-minded people.”
